I just returned from a week long trip in Sacramento. We really enjoyed all of the local restaurants. We went to Top Culture (frozen yogurt) almost every day, and went to a few spots each night for Happy Hour. It's a great city you can walk around, and the grid system for the streets is easy to navigate. Definitely worth the trip.
