I recently stayed overnight at Le Rivage and was overwhelmed by the beauty of the property. Usually I stay downtown, but a business acquaintance recommended Le Rivage so I thought I'd give it a try. I was not disappointed! First and foremost, the bed (which I feel is the most important part of a room) was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Saying the bathroom was "luxurious" would be a huge understatement. The flat screen television was also a plus! Throughout my stay, the staff was very courteous and answered all of my questions with a smile. I also had a great dinner at Scott's Seafood, which is connected to the hotel. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future!

My husband and I recently stayed @ Le Rivage Hotel & ate @ Scott's on the river. Everything was PEREFCT! I was really impressed and blown away.Beautiful hotel,very private and luxury feeling.ALL THE staff were excellent in every way possible, I would be happy to be a referral or reccomendation for this location.I love the fresh food,the very respecful staff,VERY nice balcony,great beds.Fast and outstanding check in.I appreciate Scott's seafood.THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH! I booked Le Rivage for a night away for my husband's birthday. Even though we live in town, Le Rivage was an awesome getaway.

The staff are wonderful. Accomodating and polite. They allowed early check-in and I got an upgrade for being a member of IPrefer hotel group (free if you sign up online). We had a king suite with fireplace and balcony overlooking the Sacramento River.

The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Pillow top plus exquisite sheets. The room had a nice leather couch, flat screen tv, small mini fridge hidden in the cabinet, and claw foot tub in the bathroom.

Even during the cold night, we enjoyed sitting by the outdoor firepit overlooking the river.

Also, if you have dinner plans outside the hotel, they have a towncar to take you where you want to go. Simply call the hotel and tell them when you are ready to go back. But, they only have one car, so reserve a time if you have reservations somewhere.

We loved our stay.
Rooms were so clean, new and comfy. We had a nice view of the river and there happened to be a holiday boat parade in progress ... lots of fun to watch!
All of the finishes and amenities of a 5star....the claw foot tub was perfect.
The best part of the stay was the spot-on, helpful service. The staff were always willing to help and were humorous and kind. No snobbiness here.
