From the moment I walked in. ( at 1 am) I felt like I was at home.

The room was impeccable - an upgrade is well worth it! My sheets were crisp and soft -and as i sleep on the best in my own home. This hotels mattress was just as comfortable.

The Gym in the hotel is not much- but just enough. Spacious and clean with air conditioning.

Above all the people in this hotel live to give. A trait we should all long to develop.

This will be the only place I stay when I come to California's capitol city!

We stayed there one night on the way north. I was really pleased with the facility. Briefly the positives were:
- beautiful bathroom fixtures with marble tiles
- comfortable king bed with clean bedding
- room was spacious enough for our toddler's pack and play
- staff was friendly and helpful
- adjacent restaurant (Scott's seafood) was outstanding
- clean pool
- nice new equipment in fitness room (LifeFitness - 2 treadmills, 1 ellipitical, 1 bike, free weights, flatscreen TV)
- free wi-fi
- close to the I-5
- close to the zoo and FairyTaleTown.org

Just a couple negatives:
- the AC unit in our room seemed loud to me when it turned on and off (although it didn't bother my husband or daughter)
- the AC didn't seem to be working in the fitness center
- our car was broken into. (We shouldn't have left stuff visible in our car. The parking lot is open and it's only 100 yards from the I-5)

From the first moment I walked into the hotel I knew Le Rivage was special. The warm smiles on the front desk staff said this was going to be great and it was. The staff was consistently helpful and courteous, the pool was perfect and the LaLe Spa was magnificent. I loved the orchids and fresh flowers everywhere, the beautiful sunsets observed from the private balcony, watching the boat traffic on the Sacramento River and the old world charm of a new modern hotel. My room was given complete attention and the bed was so comfortable. I was there for 5 nights and the attention to detail never wavered. I loved the marble floors everywhere and the old fashioned but very modern soaking tub in the bathroom. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend Le Rivage to everyone staying in Sacramento.

We were in Sacramento for a quick business trip, and wanted to
stay in an upscale hotel that offered more than the usual commercial amenities. A friend told me about Le Rivage, and we called and booked what turned out to be a georgeous river-
view suite. The hotel itself is new, yet it has an old world feel to it, and we felt like we were had been whisked off to Tuscsany, Italy. Everything about our stay was spectacular. The artwork is the public areas was gallery class. The staff were gracious and
very acomodating. Our suite was roomy, well appointed and had all of the support systems we needed to prepare for our dinner and breakfast meetings. Also having Scott's Seafood Restaurant
as a part of the concept was quite intelligent. We had two meals
plus cocktails there, and to our delight, everything was also
superb. We have traveled through Sactramento for years, and have never stayed there in such style as our last trip. We were so impressed with Le Rivage that my wife suggested we sign on and share our new found jewel with you all. Enjoy.
