My wife and I stayed here for one night on our way to San Francisco. Pros about this hotel: the property and rooms are quite new. The free breakfast is quite good with warm items (yummy oatmeal, microwave egg biscuit sandwiches, belgian waffles) and standard continental breakfast items. The location is pretty close to the Arden Fair Mall (approximately 5 to 10 minutes away by car) where there are dining and shopping options. Reasonable price: $105 per night with AAA membership.
Cons: it can be noisy at night like one previous post stated. there are at least 3 or 4 trains that run through nearby and signal when they pass. the mattress is also weird...it feels like sleeping on a soft spongy mattress. i can imagine it being uncomfortable for people with bad backs. luckily i didn't have any problems, but it was an unusual mattress. There is no in-room safe or mini-fridge.
overall, the hotel room is nice, new and generic. A great breakfast, but a bit noisy at night with the trains passing by and the funky foam mattress may be a problem with some.
