The hotel was great! I loved the rooms, the colors; the bed was so soft it was better then being at home. I loved the view outside of my room and the restaurant and bar area made it seem like I was eating in Vegas.

Hotel was getting a face lift?
Understaffed.
Toilet was dirty-Someone had taken a crap in the toilet and not flushed it?!
Looked as if the maid HAD cleaned the bathroom, other than that.
No one answered for room service and I needed to eat dinner.
No one informed me that the restaurant was closed for renovation and that room service wasn't staffed so non one answered when I called room service.
The operator was good enpough to take my order and said he'd run it to room service. When I called to check on my meal about an hour later I was told that the operator hadn't gotten my room number and they were waiting for me to call back.........so why hadn't anyone tried to call the few guests (very few cars in the parking lot that Tuesday night) to locate the guest who'd ordered a late dinner?
Finally got my dinner at 10:15 pm
Bed was uncomfartable, seemed old and sagging
A bit of mold in shower needed bleaching.
Couldn't sleep well due to swimmiung pool's heater or filter outside the door and turning on and off all night.
And HBO wasn't working, not a big problem on its own but It was just one more thing that wasn't communicated by anyone.....
You get what u pay for, right?

Allthough they're renovating, they're still renting out the "unrenovated" rooms. Ours had bad carpet stains, a shower that didn't work, and air conditioning that sounded like a train running through the room. The restaurant wasn't open, we couldn't find the free buffet breakfast, and after our stay when I sent a note to the hotel manager and the CEO of Red Lion about our stay, I got no reply. Apparently, they don't care about their customers' experiences. Very disappointing overall....too bad because Red Lion has a generally good product, but this one falls far short, and since they don't seem to care, it's my last stay at a Red Lion.

The hotel is undergoing considerable renovation which detracts from the experience of staying there. We were in a newly renovated room and it was fine but the premises were in disarray. Also there is no elevator to the second floor which makes hauling luggage up the narrow staircase difficult. The check-in staff was pleasant and apologized for the construction work. I would not stay here again until the renovation is completed. Automobile access to the hotel is very difficult. One has to enter through the parking lot of a near-by shopping mall.
