We had an early flight (and I'm not a morning person). This was the best place to stay for convenience.

Front desk were not particularly helpful - bordering on rude, but not quite overstepping that mark.

Room was way, way at the back - so it was a long walk first thing in the morning. Fortunately on the ground floor so no stairs.

Everything was okay until our neighbour arrived at 1:00 a.m. and then watched TV until 3:30 a.m. Would you like to know which programs because I heard it all! Fortunately kids slept through the interruption - my Mom and I didn't.

My rating would have been higher except for the neighbour which is not really the hotels fault but it is up to the hotel to provide proper sound-proofing. I only heard 2 planes the entire night so that was not the problem although I thought it might have been.

There is nothing to distinguish this hotel other than its location. It is in the airport complex and directly across from American Airlines (which we were taking in the morning).

The staff was not overly helpful but not rude. The bellman did not arrive at our room on time, in fact we had to go get him. The rear sectoin where we stayed did not have an elevator to the second floor making us carry our heavy suitcases up the steps and down again.

The building was a concrete block structure so it was quiet. that was nice,

Clean, convienent at the airport. Get a room AWAY from the main airport road. You'll sleep more soundly tho your mattress may be a little spongy. A free continental breakfast with your stay. Airport shuttle right outside the hotel .

Being able to walk to the airport is the only thing this place has going for it. No restaurant so I ate at the airport foodcourt for dinner. Quiet? I could hear the guy in the room next to me typing on his laptop.
