Pros: location off freeway, cost, check in, front desk staff, breakfast was okay nothing special, lobby and breakfast area very clean

Cons: Wow! We will probably not stay at a La Quinta again. Room was terribly small, sound from other rooms, our toilet ran all night, the bathroom facuet fell off whenever you turned it on, the shower curtain was too short and flood the bathroom, the bathroom tile was filthy brown, carpet edges were not vacuumed (we found change though), internet access did not work from our room, heater smelled musty when turned on, just didn't feel safe.

I was never so happy to check out of a room, and left feeling "dirty". My husband stated if all La Quinta's were like this we are never staying in one again - I thought they were better than that.

Great hotel. Room & bathroom exceptionally clean & this is an extremely important issue to my wife. Very friendly staff. Continental breakfast included hot waffles. This is a pet-friendly hotel & we had our dog with us. Absolutely no evidence of previous pets, odors, hair, etc. This was just an overnight for us between 2 days on the road, but we were very pleased. Based on this stay we will strongly consider La Quinta in the future.

Nice place. Was there for two nights for business. I faced the river, so other rooms facing the highway could be noisy. AC worked fine and the room was clean. Continental breakfast was good too. Overall, good place for the price.

I highly recommend this hotel for school groups - they advertise that they are "school friendly" and that is an accurate description. When our bus full of 35 teen-agers and 8 chaperones arrived, all our keys were ready, in order, and with the occupants' names on them. The rooms were clean and comfortable and they placed the girls on one floor and the boys on another - EXCELLENT planning that we ourselves didn't even think about.

The staff kindly volunteered the dining area for an impromptu pizza dinner for a noisy, hungry bunch of teen-agers. Very brave of them.

The breakfast is very substantial, with a good variety to please all. All items were promptly re-stocked throughout the serving time. All service was prompt and pleasant and staff was accomodating of all requests.

An added bonus - the guests who looked with great fear at a busload of students emptying into the hotel all claimed that they didn't hear a thing all night and that our presence at breakfast was not an inconvenience due to the great service.
