We felt that the Courtyard in Natomas was a very good value. It was easy to get anywhere in Sacramento. It was in a business park with beautiful parklike landscaping, so it wasn't noisy or congested. The staff was very friendly, the rooms comfortable and nicely decorated. Only 2 minor issues, our non-smoking room smelled like some minor stale smoke odor had been covered with fragrance, and it is close to a military base, so there was some helicopter noise when we had the window open, but it didn't last long.

Stayed here just before flying out after a spring break vacation (March 2005). I loved the room... bright, clean, spacious. Hated the air conditioner. We finally turned it off so we could sleep. However, with the air conditioner, the room became hot. The pool was nice and the hot tub was actually hot as opposed to the lukewarm of many hot tubs. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed our dinner at the nearby Blue Gecko (driving distance). Left too early in the morning to experience the breakfast so I can't comment on that. They run a free airport shuttle every half hour which is useful. I would stay here again, but I would check out the air conditioner before I settled into the room and have them move me if it was as bad as the one we had.

This hotel is located in parklike surroundings but only minutes away from downtown Sacramento, Old Sacramento and the airport. That guarantees a very quiet and undisturbed stay as well as quick access to all major destinations. Rooms are pleasantly decorated, staff is friendly and efficient. We did not experience any particular problem with the A/C unit as has been reported by another user. The restaurant is closed on weekends, but most of the time rates are also lower. Highly recommended in its class.

Clean and friendly. New hotel so its in really good condition with great towels, sheets and pillows. However, be aware that it's mostly a 'convenient for business' type of hotel, and if you stay there on Friday, Saturday or Sunday the restaurant, bar, etc is all closed. Don't know why, but we were put in a handicap access room. Maybe maid service is also limited on weekends? That said, it's close to the airport, which is why we chose it...
