Mr patel is terrible and when he speaks he mumbles and u don't understand. i told him that there was a leak in the bath room on the day i checked in. he never did anything nor offered another room. i called customer service and the made a file for me and got back to me 3 days and they told me that mr patel offered 30% off and another room. i was upset and asked them what is customer service going to do about his lies. they told me that they can't choose sides and wouldn't be able to do anything becuase conflict of stories.
