The hotel was new and nice. The stay was fine.
The problem arose when I came home to find an extra $1,675 billed to my AMEX. The staff went into shut down mode from the first time I called. They couldn't tell me what it was for. I call a couple times a week and they pawn me off to a different individual. They keep saying they are going to call AMEX and get it taken off. I have written two complaint letters to Staybridge Corporate billing with no follow up. No resolution as of print time (Feb 13th). Not even sure what to do next. I have contacted AMEX and advised the charges at this time appear fraudulent and I am disputing them. My suggestion, stay away from staybridge, get into a Marriott or Hilton property. Why take the chance?
