This Hotel has it all. Great Rooms, perfect location and excellent staff. The rooms are spacious, well designed and reasonably quiet. They have all the amenities. Location adjoining Central Park with adjoining parking. Within easy reach of all the attractions. Brand new Hotel and very clean. Very good weekend rates. Two top class resaurants, The Waterboy and Mulvaneys within easy reach. Go on spoil yourselves and stay here for a weekend in Sacramento

New hotel in a convenient location. The capitol and the park are right across the street. We booked three rooms for a big group in town for a wedding. Everyone enjoyed the rooms because they were so clean and comfortable. We stayed in room 200 which is on the same floor as the fitness room, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, laundry room ... all very convenient for us and our children. It is located down the hallway, around the corner, so very private and away from any other guests. The only downside is that the cleaning staff did not come to our room until after 4:00 in the afternoon. We asked for earlier cleaning times to no avail. The cleaning staff only spoke Spanish so it was a challenge to communicate. Each of us had a lot to choose from for breakfast each morning and the food was fresh. The hotel was packed, so breakfast was quite busy on Saturday morning with a line.

“Great stay”

Residence Inn Sacramento at Capitol Park

I am a big fan of the Residence Inn branch of Marriott. This property (lass than a year old) is wonderful. The location is perfect. Plenty of green space and many restaurants nearby, as well as theatres. The rooms are very well decorated and extremely comfortable. The only complaint, for long term guests who like to cook, is that the stove top burners are very, very slow to warm up and very small, so cooking was a challenge. The staff was kind and helpful. Good breakfast room. Wine tastings once a week. Good laundry and decent gym. Parking is a bit expensive, but there may be other options nearby. Overall though, I say it is a well run place and you will be quite comfortable.

This hotel was far above what we expected. Clean and well decorated, two flat screen TV's, granite counter tops, exceptional service, free full hot breakfast buffet. We have Kids and they loved it, watch animal shows, ate, played. Wonderful hotel.

The hotel was very clean and adjacent to the Capitol Grounds. Parking was an additionbal $17.00 per night in a parking lot across a dark alley from the hotel. Not sure it was safe coming back alone at night rom the parking structure that was not attached to the hotel. We were on the second floor so car noise was bad in the morning. We had three people, so one person stayed in the living room. When the door was shut the living room area was cold and our bedroom was HOT! The heat blew right onto our bed. Restaurants close to the hotel are great.
