We were very pleased with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient - close to a freeway but very quiet. The room was great - nicely decorated with two club chairs, two queen beds, a dining table for four that doubled as a desk and a full kitchen, including good size refrigerator, cook-top, dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom had a very nice tub/shower, very nice fixtures and a few amenities.

We didn't use the pool or exercise facilities. We were somewhat disappointed with the continental breakfast, but it wasn't all that bad. Bagels, lots of cereals, apples, yogurt, juice and coffee.

All in all, we were very satisfied and would go there again.

Three new Marriott hotels are together in same collection of new office buildings along Tribute Road. They share parking lots. Although adjacent to Business I-80 east of downtown, you needed a car to get to the Arden Way mall and restaurants two miles away. That said, the suite appointments were outstanding. We enjoyed the heated pool, husband was glad to use the lobby internet. Breakfast was excellent, and one could walk to the Courtyard for lunch or dinner. (The third Marriott here is a Fairfield.)

I travel a lot on business, and am really particular about the hotels I stay at. I must say I was extremely surprised and delighted and will continue to use this hotel when in Sacramento.

The front desk agent was pleasant and accommodating. I was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite with a full kitchen. The suite was huge with a private living room from the bedroom. I really felt like I was home.

We came with a baseball team for a tournament. We usually stay at residence inn- but it was booked-so we stayed here. When I went to check in- I was in line for about a half hour. Only one person at the desk- completely clueless. The machine used to make room keys went down. They allowed people to wait in line for an additional 20 minutes more before telling us that we could not get into our rooms. She also yelled at several guests (out of frustration)-but very unprofessional.
We were unable to use our bathroom at different times throughout our stay because even though this is a NON-smoking hotel- someone was smoking like a train and obviously blowing it right into the vents. It was like there was a bar in our bathroom. Towels smelled like smoke- it was horrible.
We were given a handicap accessible suite room Nice size good price- but not worth the trouble. No vending machines in hotel !! We were dying for some water at night & were told to walk to the hotel across the way. Small heated pool. I am really easy to please- but this was a horrible stay.
