A business associate of mine had recommended this hotel to me. I was a bit apprehensive because I normally stay at more upscale hotels, but once I arrived I saw why my business associate liked it so much! The hotel is bright, welcoming and clean. The front desk staff were professional and knowledgeable about the area and took the time to answer my questions. My room was very nice too, with modern decor that still felt warm and inviting. Best of all, they provided 24 Hour complimentary airport shuttle - a nice extra especially for someone that is flying in for a one day meeting.

My mother and I recently stayed at this holiday inn express for one night as we traveled a long flight from South Carolina and it really was great! We seriously checked in within a matter of minutes, received answers about wake up calls, shuttle service and surrounding restaurants. They even called us in the morning before our airport shuttle arrived that not to worry, we still had 7 minutes until the van would arrive, very perfect for us! Super comfortable beds, very clean room and pretty good breakfast. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to you reading this review!

We recently stayed one night at the Holiday Inn Express Natomas... We chose the hotel due to it's proximity to the airport and it's 24 hour shuttle service....

The front desk staff were extremely helpful in checking us in, it was one of the smoothest check in's I've had.... The rooms were large and clean.... We loved the spa products in the bathroom, they were a nice touch.

Grandkids and kids enjoyed the pool... I myself thought the water was a little cool, and enjoyed the hot tub a great deal..

Free cookies were available in the evening at the front desk, and they were delicious... There were also numerous resteraunts available within walking distance, although we drove a few miles to a wonderful mexican place for yummy burritos and chicken tacos...

We grabbed a five o'clock shuttle the next morning, and the driver was very helpful... We had a mound of luggage, plus 2 car seats and he managed to fit everything in nicely and drove us right to the terminal and unloaded everything oh so quickly.

All in all, we had a wonderful time, and would definately stay here again.

This Holiday Inn Express is located minutes from Sacramento airport. If being close to the airport is a priority, it's a good choice. The hotel is located within a new mall that has a very large number of restaurants and other retail outlets, so there is no lack of choice when looking for a meal.

The entire hotel is non-smoking. My room was spacious, very clean, smelled new, and included a comfy bed with a selection of labelled pillows (hard or soft) and a white bed cover. The bathroom is also spacious with modern fixtures. Front desk service was prompt and very friendly. The wireless internet service worked well. Apples and cookies were available for free on the counter late in the evening.

This hotel is located in the heart of soul-less suburbia, so do not expect any views or too much culture nearby. But otherwise, it is an excellent functional hotel.
