This Holiday Inn Express is located minutes from Sacramento airport. If being close to the airport is a priority, it's a good choice. The hotel is located within a new mall that has a very large number of restaurants and other retail outlets, so there is no lack of choice when looking for a meal.

The entire hotel is non-smoking. My room was spacious, very clean, smelled new, and included a comfy bed with a selection of labelled pillows (hard or soft) and a white bed cover. The bathroom is also spacious with modern fixtures. Front desk service was prompt and very friendly. The wireless internet service worked well. Apples and cookies were available for free on the counter late in the evening.

This hotel is located in the heart of soul-less suburbia, so do not expect any views or too much culture nearby. But otherwise, it is an excellent functional hotel.

There are a lot of eating places within walking distance.

This is an incredibly nice Holiday Inn Express. It is still just about a year old and you can tell. The rooms are perfect. The beds are very comfy. The bathrooms are big. Here is the best part....you can leave your car there and they will shuttle you to the airport. There is a $25 fee for this but it is a huge savings if you are going to be gone for more than a few days and had to travel in to Sac to fly. Did I say the breakfast was amazing!! Staff was perfect too great service all around.

I can agree with the many positive comments in prior reviews.

Front desk agent, Jeric, was very helpful as I was trying to track down an incoming FedEx delivery.

The van service was good and also picked me up at a car rental agency after I returned the car.

Probably several additional close-by restaurants since the other reviews. Helpful too is the large and cordial Safeway grocery near-by.
