I can agree with the many positive comments in prior reviews.

Front desk agent, Jeric, was very helpful as I was trying to track down an incoming FedEx delivery.

The van service was good and also picked me up at a car rental agency after I returned the car.

Probably several additional close-by restaurants since the other reviews. Helpful too is the large and cordial Safeway grocery near-by.

Great hotel. New, clean, spacious, good facilities and 10 minutes from the airport. On a mall strip so plenty of places to walk and eat. Definately stay if in the area

Holiday Inn Express was a very nice and clean hotel. Beds were so comfortable and we all slept like babies.

HOWEVER, the door did not fit right and light shined through the cracks all night, and we had to push hard to make sure the door latched. Once it did, it was definitely locked and tight. But something to be aware of.

Good breakfast and very convenient.

We wanted a hotel near Arco Arena for our daughters college graduation ceremony. We were glad that we picked H. I. E., booked a suite and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. The entire staff was polite and cordial whenever we encountered them during our two night stay. They seemed more than happy to to help with a special request that we had. The area has many restaurant choices within walking distance. Very clean and safe feeling property.
