This is a basic hotel - very small rooms and no frills, but clean and adequate. The location near the airport is very convenient. The staff was very helpful and offered information about the surrounding area and services available. They offered and packed breakfast bags to take with us when we were leaving at 3:30 am for the airport. They will pick you up at the airport and take you back with their shuttle service. Not much space, but the attention to service made it a good choice if you're looking to be near the airport.

Overall good experience. Staff was attentive and friendly. Our room was nicely decorated and CLEAN! The bed was very comfortable, soft sheets and towels. The complimentary breakfast was much better than I was expecting. These people actually appear to really care about their customers.

I had an early morning flight and chose to stay at the Fairfield based on other reviews. The service was excellent. The shuttle picked me up after returning my rental car. I then caught the shuttle back at 4:00 a.m. the next morning. The shuttle runs on the hour. The staff had sack breakfast bags for travelers missing the morning breakfast. There was a Burger King, gas station, and Subway located across the parking lot, but not other restaurants in the immediate area. The room was nice and typical of the quality expected of a Fairfield. It was about 10 - 15 minutes from the airport.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights in a suite at a rate of $79.90/night AAA rate. While the suite is on the small side and there is no door between bedroom and seating area, it was more than adequate for the two of us. The microwave and refrigerator were also an added bonus. Liked the new coffee maker as well...makes one cup at a time with disposable filter tray. Much more sanitary than small coffee pot with filters.

The room was immaculate and the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty standard, but nice...plenty of healthy choices ...variety of fruit, hard boiled eggs, english muffins, etc. By the third morning (a Monday) they were out of many items, but still enough to satisfy.

As others have mentioned, it is in a rather isolated area and I was a bit put off when we first arrived to see the big truck stop across the street. But it is close to freeways and just a very short drive to downtown.

Overall, a very nice experience and what I have come to expect from a Marriott property. Would certainly recommend.
