To all those who wish to venture to Biba's
"Don't"
Being part Italian myself, very disappointed in both food (small portions with large price).(service girl was good)
Met Biba herself, brushed us off ( restaurant was very slow..maybe 11 people in all)
I have known many Italian restauranteurs to come over to table and inquire of food and service....
thus giving us the Italian family welcome.
Hope this helps you in your search for true Italian feast.

Been there twice. Food OK, service a little on the snooty side. Not worth the money. Spend it at a Paragary's restaurant.
