I stayed at this hotel on August 22, 2007. I wanted to stay as close to the airport as possible as I had an early morning flight and it is handy--right by the interstate ramps. There is no airport shuttle from here on Sundays. It's an older hotel but it was fine. There is an iron, coffee , hairdryer, plastic bag for laundry and USA Today at the front desk. There is also a newspaper machine out front and a few more by the parking lot. There is no guest laundry or public computer. The rooms advertise high speed internet access. The ice machine was working. There are 3 floors and an elevator. The AC worked and was quiet enough. The TV has 20+ channels. There is a Shell gas station, food mart, carwash and ATM across the street. A 24 hour McDonalds is next door to that. Next door to the hotel is a Carl's Jr and a Taco Bell and a 24 hour IHOP. The pole lamp didn't work and as I checked to see if it was plugged in I noticed the carpet layer had stapled through the cord. There wasn't an available outlet for it anyway. I read a previous review about shady looking people hanging around but I didn't see any. All I saw were other travelers like myself. They have a continental breakfast but I had to leave early. I ate at IHOP around 3am and was a little surprised to see about 15 to 20 other people over there also. I am a woman traveling alone and I walked past some guys and ate breakfast and walked back to the hotel and never felt nervous. Nobody bothered me. The lobby is closed at night. There is an alcove next to the lobby door you go into and check out with the desk clerk at a window in there if it's early. I wouldn't mind staying here again to be close to the airport.
