Before we went to our room:

Kids running the front desk (approx. 7&15)
The Parking Lot was dirty with broken glass, garbage, latex gloves.
All the trash cans were over flowning with garbage that looked like they haven't been emptied in two weeks.

After we walk into our room:

Smoke detector was off the wall on top of the TV without a battery
The Vanity chair was broken
The carpet wasn't vacuumed
The Bed wasn't made correctly
the tub was clogged
The pool had a dirty diaper in it and a dasani bottle wrapper

And last but not least.........
When I went to the front desk to get more towels, I was told by the childerns mother to go find her son because he has the towels. I tracked down the son asked for towels, he told me to wait five mintues because they were all in the dryer. I asked him if he could bring them up to our room and he said "maybe, I might forget".

So all and all it was one of the worse experiances ever. So if your looking for a cheap place to stay the night, spend the extra money on a nicer place.

After arriving, we noticed the location to be not in the best part of town. We checked in with the 2 kids working the front desk (approx.
ages 9 and 12). We get our room and practically had to kick the door in to open it. Our non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was short towels and an ice bucket. We decided to go for a swim, only to find a pool with a dirty film on the top of it. The hotel had a repairman come to our room in the middle of our stay to fix the air conditioner which kept shutting off on us. We got an obscene phone call at 6:00 am in the morning. The continental breakfast consisted of juice, coffee and a bagel. And, when we were leaving, noticed that someone had sprayed grafitti on the hotel sign and there was an empty wine bottle thrown in the front lawn. Please pay a little more for a more pleasant nights stay in the Sacramento area.
