The best way to see this parkway is from a raft. Go to one of the raft rentals off of Sunrise blvd (take 50, exit Sunrise North). Start out near the rentals under the bridge & end up at Goethe park where they pick up the rafts & have a shuttle that takes you back. If you aren't exhausted, take a walk through Goethe park & enjoy the amazing wildlife(wild turkey, deer, misc. birds). Also, the area near the State College is a great place to view the spawning salmon on the Guy West Bridge. All seasons have a lot to see.
