It would be a wonderful place to go if they updated the place and added more hands on. My husband and then 2 year old son went there for some family fun. We payed our 7$ fee (at that time it was 7$) walked past the front desk and turned to our right. There are about 2 rooms and that is it... We thought there was more but there wasn't. The hands on were a couple of light up boards and dioramas of space ships and about the Apollo missions that was it. My son was bored to tears(literally).

The trail outside was the best for us, and that wasn't very big either. All in all, don't go here if your from out of town. Your whole visit will be 30 minutes inside and out. Generally a waste of time.
