This morning when I checked out the clerk refused to give me a receipt.
I travel more than 100 days out of the year for business. The clerk told me that due to the fact that I had used Orbitz he would not give me a receipt. I use Orbitz all the time and have always received a receipt for my stay at other hotels. I need the receipt for my travel expense account. The clerk then refused to give me even a sheet of letterhead for me to write a receipt on.
This sort of rudeness is unnecessary and should not be tolerated. I hope you will consider another hotel before staying here.
