If I was ASKED to, I probably still couldn't find anything that I disliked about this property. (Reference the property itself, the location is only fair).

My two-year-old son and I were greeted warmly at check-in, were treated royally by the dining room staff during a late dinner, and were offered all the HHonors amenities. We got the two complimentary waters (which were a Godsend with a two-year-old needing formula), were offered a full breakfast, which we had to decline, since we took the 7AM shuttle to the airport, and breakfast starts at 6:30.

There is complimentary internet access, and a refrigerator and microwave in each room! The rooms are clean, well lit, well laid out and very comfortable.

Would I spend a week here on vacation? Well, no, it's not that kind of hotel. However, if I needed to be in Sacramento again for whatever purpose, I wouldn't hesitate for even a moment to return.

The shuttle driver loaded up our multitudinous bags and got us underway to the airport PROMPTLY at the reserved time. She smiled and made light conversation. The whole experience was incredible.

I was so happy to find this wonderful hotel after a horrible experience at another hotel in Sacramento. This hotel had better rates, beautiful rooms with microwave and fridge. All first-rate - TV, Bathroom, internet, etc. Business center great! The shuttle drivers and the front desk staff were all excellent. Nice little sundries/food store is handy. Pool and workout room looked nice. I didn't eat there, but their breakfast buffet looked good. Overall a GREAT experience.

This place is horrible. The front desk managers have no control of their employees. They are all as rude as can be. There is no food on weekend evenings. The rooms are small and smell musty. People run up and down the halls all night and security does abslutely nothing! The staff is incredibly unprofessional. Horrible, horrible place to stay!

Got this hotel thru Priceline for $47. DH, DD, and I stayed only 1 Sat night. Location is surrounded by other hotel and commercial business buildings. Close to I5. Didn't see other dining options within walking distance; except for hotel-dining. Also, their dining area sorta spills into the Front Desk area. Parking is ample and free. Check-in was simple. No mentioned of Priceline. The gentleman at the Front desk was extremely pleasant. We were on the second floor. Love the in-room microwave and mini-fridge. Free high-speed internet in the room….yeah! A negative is that they only have two double beds instead of 2 queens. Beds were not really comfortable; way too soft and springy for us. Room seems clean. I think there was a small leak around the toilet area. Minor issue, so I didn’t see the need to complaint. Thin walls, we heard noises outside and from upstairs. We also heard the freeway but it wasn’t that bad. Overall, a good one night stay.
