Service was great and friendly. We checked in late after a long drive and were checked in promptly to the room type we had reserved at the price we had booked at online. AAA discount got us this large king non smoke room (with fridge and microwave) at $89.

Be prepared to drive to food if the dining room is closed- and only will find fast food at night in this residential/business park district. Area seems safe.

Feared noise from freeway as room on freeway side but windows are double pane and did not bother us.

Bathrooms are a little small but very clean.

Flat panel TV was a nice touch.

I would certainly stay here again. It's not super luxury but it's very nice, reasonably quiet and the service can't be beat.

If I was ASKED to, I probably still couldn't find anything that I disliked about this property. (Reference the property itself, the location is only fair).

My two-year-old son and I were greeted warmly at check-in, were treated royally by the dining room staff during a late dinner, and were offered all the HHonors amenities. We got the two complimentary waters (which were a Godsend with a two-year-old needing formula), were offered a full breakfast, which we had to decline, since we took the 7AM shuttle to the airport, and breakfast starts at 6:30.

There is complimentary internet access, and a refrigerator and microwave in each room! The rooms are clean, well lit, well laid out and very comfortable.

Would I spend a week here on vacation? Well, no, it's not that kind of hotel. However, if I needed to be in Sacramento again for whatever purpose, I wouldn't hesitate for even a moment to return.

The shuttle driver loaded up our multitudinous bags and got us underway to the airport PROMPTLY at the reserved time. She smiled and made light conversation. The whole experience was incredible.

I was so happy to find this wonderful hotel after a horrible experience at another hotel in Sacramento. This hotel had better rates, beautiful rooms with microwave and fridge. All first-rate - TV, Bathroom, internet, etc. Business center great! The shuttle drivers and the front desk staff were all excellent. Nice little sundries/food store is handy. Pool and workout room looked nice. I didn't eat there, but their breakfast buffet looked good. Overall a GREAT experience.

This place is horrible. The front desk managers have no control of their employees. They are all as rude as can be. There is no food on weekend evenings. The rooms are small and smell musty. People run up and down the halls all night and security does abslutely nothing! The staff is incredibly unprofessional. Horrible, horrible place to stay!
