Didn't like the atmosphere at all. When I saw Biba walk out on to the floor to greet guests, I thought, "HIDE!". The food wasn't outstanding either, but Mom & I enjoyed the hell out of a $50.00 bottle of Merlot from Umbria, Italy! more
