This place is no palace, but if you're looking to economize and don't mind slightly shabby, it works well. I agree with opther reviewers that the front desk should work on their social skills and the rooms near the front of the hotel are noisy, but otherwise the place was comfortable and reasonably clean. more

We were in town for a graduation. We arrived at 4:00 and left for the graduation at 4:15. We returned back to the hotel around 11 and left the next morning by 10. We stayed at the Econo Lodge Sacto at the end of November for two nights. We chose it based on price, and it is listed in a couple of guide books as the best value in Sacto. I'd go along with that.
