Clean room, but the service is almost nil. I asked for a frying pan on the 1st and 2nd day we stayed, since someone took ours out of the room. It was never replaced by housekeeping even after I asked TWICE. I finally went to Walmart and bought a cheap one. The folks at the desk ignore you until they... more

Found this 2* room on Hotwire for $41. Took the leap and was disappointed to find out which hotel I purchased. Hotwire said the room was in South Natomas when actually this hotel was located in Northgate. Did not find many reviews on the web. The reviews I did find were not encouraging. This is the oldest of the Extended Stay hotels in Sacramento - and it shows! The room we had was smaller than usual, the kitchen unit similar to a Crossland except for the big fridge. While everything was kept clean, furniture and carpets show signs of wear & tear. It's still good enough for one night but for a longer... more
