Recently stayed at the hotel for a week. I checked in on Sunday night and was assigned a room on the 10th floor. The check in staff was friendly and I was quickly on my way to the room. Noise complaints at 3, 3:15 and 4:00AM led to absolutely no action from staggeringly clueless management. I was actually told by the front desk to go investigate the party below my room.
