Have stayed here twice in the past few years, first alone on business and second with family on mini-vacation. It is a secure style motel with parking under the raised foundation of the hotel. There is a pool in the center of the Hotel which is not for those seeking privacy but is refreshing in hot august Sacramento days. The... more

In town for an overnight trip on business. In the past, I have stayed at the Sheraton and Hyatt, but our company's in a bit of a cost savings mode right now, so we've moved to this Best Western. Though not as fancy as the the other hotels, there are many pluses. Free wireless internet, free breakfast, and free parking... more

The room was clean but questionable amenities and staff not very accomadating. The website advertise that there is a fitness facility...not true. They said that there is a restaurant on site but failed to mention that the restaurant is CLOSED on SUNDAY!!! And to top it all off...after checking out...I had to use the restroom. Guess what ? YUP, no... more

I made my reservation through Orbitz knowing nothing about Sacramento. Turns out the location was great. We were walking distance to a bunch of nice restaurants and the neighborhood was nice. The staff offered me a king bed instead of the two queens I had booked which I appreciated. The room was clean and modern. Spacious. We stayed in 130.... more

Location is decent but the rooms smell like mildew or a wet animal. Management offered to put me in another room but it smelled the same. The desk clerk said it was because of the outdoor carpet and all the rooms smell the same. They would not let me check out after one night because Expedia had already paid for... more

Based upon the other reviews I almost didnt book this place. Howvere I was VERY happy I did. The drive in made me a bit wary as it is very urban and near the light rail so there were a few street people about but where the hotel is located is decent. The front desk gentleman was very cordial and... more

Great location, price ($79) and most of all clean and fairly quiet. Nicely functional and decorated room with hairdryer, iron, nice wall art and furniture & comfy bed. Also, a very nice continental breakfast. It was fun to walk to historic buildings in downtown. We'd stay here again in a second. Stayed 8/18/07. PS: I use reviews like this one... more

My stay at this hotel was horrible, from before I got there until the night I left. I was in Sacramento to take the California Bar Exam, which is stressful enough. However, the staff at this hotel is clearly clueless as to what guest service means, except, of course for the breakfast staff and housekeeping. Prior to arrival I spoke... more

I chose this hotel for a conference because it wasn't anywhere near $289 per night! For $79 per night it was within easy walking distance to the Hyatt Regency (although I wouldn't walk the area alone at night). The room, including the bathroom, was very clean and modern and superior for this price. The king bed was one of the... more

We needed a less expensive alternative to the Hyatt Regency at $150/night so we booked this property for $99/night. Other posters have mentioned $79 but that was rate was not available for our dates. Tip #1: Ask for a poolside room which is on the interior of the building. Otherwise, you will hear traffic noise from the streets since all... more
