We stopped at this motel on the way home from a trip and were fortunate to find a place to stay on July 4th. The rooms are outdated and not super clean, the pool is very highly clorinated, the staff is inept and doesn't seem to care about the comfort of their clientele too much at all. I wish they had 3.5 stars for places such as this motel. Based on the preceding comments, I was expecting "Fawlty Towers" - California style. We went to Sacramento for the weekend. And as always, we chose a 3 star hotel from AAA (or is it 3 diamond?). The place is not worth the 3 stars!!! We cancelled our second night and chose Hilton Express and loved it. Same price, better location and much better facility. more

Loved the location. The room was clean with sufficient amenities. Our party had 4 different rooms. The electrical outlets did not work in 2 of the rooms(namely, the hairdryer plugs and the coffe pot plugs.) But being resouceful we just moved those appliances. No problem.
