I spent 3.5 hours here one Sunday- it was very informative and covered everything from the Gold Rush to California Condors. Great way to beat the heat while learning about our great state. more

I went to this museum a few years ago around the time they opened and found it very impressive. The exhibits and building are modern and entertaining. I really enjoyed it. The only down side was that it was too small, especially for a museum connected with the State archives and with as rich a history as California has. Hopefully,... more
